Annapoorna is the devoted daughter of Ramakrishnaya, a respected bank manager. When Ramakrishnaya faces financial ruin due to a massive bank shortfall, his health deteriorates, leaving him paralyzed. To clear her father's debt and save his honor, Annapoorna makes a painful sacrifice, abandoning her true love, Mohanram, and agreeing to marry Lawyer Shivashankar's family arrangement. After marriage, she gives birth to a son named Krishna. However, malicious schemers Kailasa and Kashi fabricate false evidence and forged love letters to frame Annapoorna for infidelity with Mohanram. Driven by misunderstanding, her husband turns her out of the house. Tragedy deepens when Annapoorna is separated from baby Krishna following a road accident. The child is rescued and raised by a wealthy family, growing up to become Barrister Krishna. During the trial, Barrister Krishna defends the silent woman, slowly uncovering her heartbreaking life of sacrifice.
