In 1987, two boys in the Philippines, Ang Tsai and Ah Dee are attacked by abductors, in which Ah Dee is take after he rescues Tsai. In 2019, businessman Miu Kwok Ming (Jimmy Au) drives into a crowd, leaving 18 injured and 5 dead before hitting a bus head on. He commits suicide when the police try to arrest him. It is revealed Miu was being blackmailed by terrorists.
