Rameshwaran, better known as Ramu, is a corrupt police officer whose life takes an unexpected turn after a strange transformation. Born on the very day legendary actor and former Chief Minister M. G. Ramachandran died, Ramu is raised by his grandfather, a devoted MGR admirer who believes his grandson is destined to carry forward the icon's values of justice and compassion.
As he grows older, however, Ramu chooses a very different path. Realizing that honesty brings disappointment, he embraces greed and manipulation, becoming a corrupt cop while hiding his true nature behind the image of a dutiful, respectable man to avoid disappointing his grandfather. Instead of following MGR's ideals, Ramu models himself after the legendary screen villain M. N. Nambiar, believing that power and wealth matter more than principles.
Meanwhile, an anonymous hacktivist group known as Yellow Face (Manjal Mugam) begins exposing a massive corruption network involving influential businessman Periyasamy and the state's Chief Minister. Their revelations shake the political establishment, and Ramu is assigned to track down the people behind the leaks.
Everything changes after a bizarre incident awakens a second personality within Ramu—an alter ego inspired by MGR's larger-than-life screen persona. This fearless version of himself rides horses, wields a whip, and stands up for ordinary people, taking on the very politicians and corporate figures Ramu was once protecting.
Caught between his selfish instincts and the heroic identity growing inside him, Ramu is forced into a battle not only against corruption but also against himself. What follows is a commercial entertainer that blends action, comedy, political satire, and fantasy, using the legacy of MGR to explore the conflict between self-interest and justice.
